This self-contained ground floor annexe is ideal for a professional person working away from home. Situated in a quiet location within easy reach of junc. 3 M6, and access to UHCW hospital and surrounding industries. Providing privacy and peace, the annexe comprises a lounge/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a lobby giving access to a rear garden, a bedroom and bathroom off. The kitchen is shared by the property owners for laundry purposes and by prior arrangement. Guest access There is free off road parking on our premises. Town centre is a 5 minute walk away and buses from there serve both Coventry and Nuneaton. There is a railway station 15 minutes away and the town centre has a good range of supermarkets, a swimming pool, local churches and a very nice park. Other things to note Whilst your privacy is respected at all times, the house owner uses some of the storage space and shares the kitchen for laundry purposes, usually three times each week and with prior arrangement with the guest . In warmer months guests are welcome to use the rear garden where there is ample seating
