By the sea in Caraíva, the house is located in front of Pedra do Negro, on land with free access to the beach, a quiet and paradisiacal environment, known for its large coconut grove. In front of the house, the beach is famous for its beautiful natural pools, when the tide is low. One of the most popular spots by the river, Prainha, is about 400 meters from the house. Nearby, there are frequented spots with a bar/restaurant/beach hut structure. Guest access Access to the house is by car, via the Itabela road, or by Caraíva, crossing the river by canoe and following about 1.5 km through Aldeia Xandó. From the house, access to the Village is via the beach or the Village (15 min walk) or by car (3 min to the parking lot), along the main street of the Village. The buggy drivers make the route for a price to be agreed upon.
