Your country cottage awaits: Huge loft-style bedroom and balcony, and recreational living area with pool table, open fireplace, funky new kitchen and outdoor BBQ patio dining area. Relax and unwind in your own way... Out and about exploring the area, or simply experience the property. Enjoy a game of tennis, lounging by the pool, a long afternoon BBQ, or simply chilling and enjoying the valley view. The space Firefly Cottage is a two story self-contained dwelling, with a large loft-style bedroom upstairs, and open plan living room and en-suite bathroom downstairs. The living room space includes open fireplace, pool table, and a recently installed funky wooden kitchen. Also new is the timber ceiling with integrated downlights, helping to set a nice evening time ambiance. The small yet full kitchen includes induction cook-top, fridge, microwave, oven/grill, toaster, sandwich press, coffee pod machine, and such. The sliding doors by the kitchen open to a brick patio with BBQ, wood heater (Chiminea) and outdoor seating for 6. This area leads to the orchard and grassy gardens. Upstairs boasts the large high-ceiling loft with valley views from the balcony. The loft has one queen bed, a double bed, and a self=inflating optional third large bed. The balcony is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the view... a perfect spot to take in the sunset with a glass of something before/after dinner. The cottage can accommodate up to six people, sharing the loft area for sleeping. For larger groups, or couples/groups requiring more privacy, we offer two options: Option 1: There are two additional bedrooms with en-suite and private guest access in the main house - Firefly Lodge. These rooms are located across from the cottage, so you can easily muster your cottage and lodge companions for a group breakfast. One of these additional bedrooms contains bunk beds for extra guests/kids. Please contact us prior to booking, if you have a requirement for more than 4 adults in the cottage space, and wish to book the additional bedrooms. Option 2 Firefly Lodge. This is the main house and comprises - Three large bedrooms, two with ensuite. - The bedrooms have timber french doors, leading to the covered wraparound veranda - Open plan living area with french cedar doors, large TV and slow-burn wood fire - Large kitchen, leading to spacious dining area with views to the West - The dining area flows out to the covered entertaining deck, BBQ and pool area - The deck and verandas open up to the lawns, tennis court and garden areas Both options offer full use of the property's swimming pool, tennis court, garden nooks, and open grassy areas. Out and about: Just 30 mins to the West is Gloucester, gateway to the Barrington Tops National Park, whilst 30 mins East will find you on the beaches at Forster, or exploring the Great Lakes . Local eats and drinks include the Krambach village pub just 10 mins up the road, a vinyard practically next door. East to Nabiac (15 mins drive, just across the highway) is another pub and bistro, and very highly-rated cafe Wi-fi is connected and complimentary. Dogs are welcome but please let us know in advance. The wi-fi is usually strong enough to stream movies, but can get patchy from time to time. Continental breakfast is included, with cereals, breads, spreads and juice provided. Please let us know of any specific dietary requirements Guest access You have full use of the property's swimming pool, tennis court, garden nooks, and open grassy areas. The back paddock areas and workshops/outbuildings are private, these are not guest areas. If you have also booked the main house in addition to Firefly Cottage, (combined is known as Firefly Resort) you have access to the house dining and BBQEntertaining deck.
