The space The apartment is 70m2 and is located st the Karlskronaplan square, it consists of a seperate bedroom, livingroom with seperate dinning area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom/shower room. The bedroom has a comfortable kingsize continental bed, a desk and a large wardrobe. There is a comfortable extra floor mattres. The livingroom has a 3-seater soffa with a divan, a 48 inch smart-tv, a tv box with all the apps and a seperate dinning area. The kitchen is fully equipped with most necessity, with both a traditional coffemaker and a coffe capsule maker. Free use of the available coffe, tea and pantry. Laundry room can be booked and is located ain the basement at the back yard. Guest access Full access to the apartment and a small backyard with possibility to use a grill, laundry room can be booked. Parking on the streets around the neighborhood is free from 18pm-9am during the weeks and free during the weekends. You can use an app as a parking meter.
