Just 17 minutes from Florianópolis International Airport and 7 minutes from the beaches of Armação and Matadeiro, Cabana A.Mar is the perfect getaway for those seeking tranquility and connection with nature. It has a cozy deck with a barbecue and a spacious sofa for special moments outdoors. The space Here you will find a large deck where you can sunbathe, let your pet loose and relax while looking at nature and the sea. From the kitchen window, you can see a beautiful view and a piece of the sea as well, while preparing your meal. The living room has a 50-inch Smart TV, with glass walls, where you can watch your favorite program and admire nature at the same time. We are almost always visited by Saguis monkeys, toucans, woodpeckers, blue jays, hummingbirds, among others, which the children love seeing up close. The Cabana has all the necessary items for you to have a quiet stay, so all you need to worry about is bringing your own clothes. Here you will find bed linens, towels, pots, blender, electric kettle, beach chair, sun umbrella, refrigerator. The two bedrooms have air-conditioning, one with hot and cold air and the other only with cold air, a comfortable double bed and huge windows for you to enjoy nature while resting. Guest access From Cabana to Armação beach, it takes about 7 minutes on foot at the leisurely pace of someone on vacation. So, you'll be relaxed and won't have to worry about the high season traffic or pay for expensive parking to go to the beach. The beaches you can walk to are Armação and Matadeiro. The beaches of Campeche, Morro das Pedras, Solidão, Pântano do Sul and Açores are very close by car. As is Lagoa do Peri, which is ideal for those with children. Next to Cabana you will find supermarkets, a pharmacy, a greengrocer that sells fruits and vegetables, pizzerias, restaurants and a convenience store called Alambique that is close by and, during the high season, is open until 2 a.m. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTES: ✔️ We are located in the midst of nature, so we do not have vehicle access to the residence, but we do have parking. ✔️ So there is a need to walk a short path with stairs to the cabin. Loud noise and music are✔️ prohibited after 10 p.m., out of respect for the neighbors. ✔️ We do not make reservations outside the Airbnb app. ✔️ We offer 1 parking space, if you need more we can place the neighbor's space for 20.00 per day.
