A lakeside lodge situated on one of the Cotswold Waterpark's resort lakes. In a peaceful location with stunning views of the lake. The 3- bedroom property is fully equipped with most things that you will need for a fantastic leisure break. The resort has a bar, brasserie and gym on site and water-sports on the lake. A wide range of other leisure pursuits are available locally. The property is situated only 3 miles from the Cotswold market town of Cirencester. The space It's a fantastic place to relax and chill out, or a base from which to explore the local area. If you want to stay in there is a TV with freesat, BluRay/DVD player, HD PVR recorder and a stereo HiFi system (CD & radio). In addition to a fridge, microwave, hob and oven, the kitchen has a freezer dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, liquidiser/smoothie maker, food processor, halogen oven, and sandwich-toaster. The property has a water softener Guest access You will have the run of the whole house as my property is set up specifically for holiday letting and is fully furnished and equipped. Other things to note A BBQ is available; do not use a disposable BBQ as these are prohibited. Dogs must be kept on a lead as all times on the site.
