The space Hawley house is located in beautiful Sunrise Beach. Within walking distance to our local pristine beaches and a short drive to Noosa’s finest restaurants and shops. This lovely, coastal, vibrant home will make you feel comfortable and relaxed as soon as you step foot inside. You will feel right at home with the stylish decor and calm, homey touches. With its natural lighting there’s a warm, bright open living and dining space that flows out onto the outdoor covered entertaining area and pool. There is ducted aircon through out for those warm days and heating for the cooler evenings. The main bedroom Is located at the back of the house. It is a simple but spacious area with a luxurious king size bed and ensuite. The 2nd bedroom is a comfortable size with a coastal feel, containing a comfy koala fold out bed which folds back into a couch for the convenience of another room to relax. It contains a built in wardrobe also. The 3rd bedroom has 2x single beds, also with a built in wardrobe and a set of drawers. The 2nd bathroom includes both shower & bath. The front yard has a 5x5m pool coming off the entertaining area and the back yard is a generous size, great for kids to burn off some energy. As the sun sets unwind and get cosy around the fire pit with a wine in hand. Help yourself to the herb garden for all your fresh and tasty dinner ingredients. Rinse off the sand and salt with a hot outdoor shower with a private fully enclosed lockable fence around the whole property. There is a double undercover carport as-well as safe street parking. If you require a cot, high chair or any baby accessories please advise and we will try and meet your requests.
