On the ground floor: at the entrance on your left a toilet, and on your right: a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, drying rack and ironing and storage facilities. A first bedroom which is the master suite (Dressing + shower room) also gives direct access to the terrace. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms connected by a common balcony. The 2 bedrooms have a double bed, closets, and each have their own private bathroom. The fourth bedroom has 2 small beds that can be put together with a mattress topper to create a single queen size bed. This last bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
