Casa Gab's

At Casa Gab's you can enjoy incredible facilities. The house has 3 bedrooms available, each with a full bathroom. At the top there is a jacuzzi where you can enjoy great sunsets and a spectacular view. In the garden you can enjoy the pool with jacuzzi which has a solar heater (SOLAR PANELS), so it will depend on the dates, the water temperature. In the garden you will find a barbecue. The space The house is located on a street that is closed off with a gate for security! The house has 4 bedrooms, of which ONLY 3 are available. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. There is no heating system. We have ceiling and floor fans. The pool has Solar Panels, so there will be times when the pool water is NOT at a good pool. There are hammocks, lounge chairs, and cushions for the outdoor room that you can use during your stay. The house has an alarm system and cameras ONLY outside the house Guest access When you check in, you'll receive a set of keys, which include a remote control for the street gate, a remote control for the gate, and all the necessary instructions to enjoy your stay. You'll need to provide $3,500 as a security deposit. There is a bedroom that is NOT included in the house rental, the machine room, as well as the service room and the outside room. Other things to note Once you arrive at Casa Gab's, you must leave a deposit of $3500 in CASH to the person who hands you the house, which will be given to you at the time of handing over the house, if there is no damage or breach of Gab's House Rules, The house has ample parking You can enjoy the facilities except for one of the bedrooms that is NOT INCLUDED in the rent, the service room, machine room and outdoor lounge. Casa Gab's is exclusively for 10 people, with no option for extra guests. Pets are $500 each. It goes without saying that you must clean up after your pet, and pets are not allowed to sleep in the bedrooms or go in the pool. If they damage any furniture, the cost of repair will be deducted from your INITIAL DEPOSIT.
