Provision of a room for 1 or 2 people for a limited period (internship/training/competitive exam/24H...) The room is located in a 51 m3 apartment on the ground floor of a quiet and secure residence. The other rooms of the apartment are common areas with cats present. The apartment is located in the SOUTHERN sector of Le Mans, very close to the 24-hour circuit (10 min red mound entrance/panoramic walkway), Technoparc and various training organizations. No serious people, please! The space Ability to benefit from the second bedroom in case of exceptional need. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed with a memory-foam mattress, and the second bedroom has a sofa bed with an extra mattress on top (comfort guaranteed!).
