We love to travel and with all our experience we will do our best to offer everything we think is essential for a comfortable stay. Our studio offers good accommodation, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, microwave, minibar, two-burner induction stove, compact kitchen with utensils that allow you to prepare your meals, and a pleasant space that will invite you to come back again. We are 3 blocks from the seaside avenue, with restaurants, ice cream parlors, boardwalk, playground for children, wooded street, beautiful and calm! *Room has: • double bed; a single bed. • We provide bedding: sheets, pillows and duvet (except towels) upon payment of R$40 and prior notice before check-in; We always recommend that guests bring their own bedding and toiletries. The kitchen has: barbecue grill, table, detergent, new sponge, dish towel and multipurpose cleaner, induction stove, microwave and minibar. In the laundry room we provide: bar soap, bleach, clothesline, broom, trash bags, disinfectant, squeegee and cleaning cloths, iron. (Use of the washer and dryer is not allowed). In the bathroom we provide: liquid soap, extra toilet paper and hairdryer. It is important that guests correctly add the number of people staying so that there is a balance in the supply of our products/services. This avoids uncomfortable situations between both parties. Important notices: • In the house we have a pet, the Border Collie "Izzy", who is very friendly, energetic and happy to receive visitors (sometimes too happy). • We have a plot of land (in front of the studio) for parking.
