Submission of government issued IDs for stay permit processing purposes. You'll need to present a valid ID at the ground floor lobby upon check-in. For foreigners: clear copy of passport 2. Maximum of 3 guests only. STRICTLY No Visitors allow 3. Upon arrival: - Register your name and your companion at the front desk lobby. HOUSE RULES: Please note guests will shoulder the costs of cleaning and damage caused otherwise: 1. No visitors allowed. 2. No pets allowed in the loft. 3. Strictly NO SMOKING allowed, as courtesy to the next guests; 4. No parties or gatherings, as courtesy to the neighbors. A Php 1,000 penalty fee will be charged for intensive cleaning. 5. NO Frying of Fish or dried fish (tuyo / daing). A Php 2,000 penalty fee will be charged for intensive cleaning. 6. Schedule of garbage collection - the building's housekeeping personnel will conduct door-to-door garbage collection. --- 1st Collection: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM --- 2nd Collection: 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM 7. Unit front door should always be locked. Please turn off all appliances whenever you head out. SUBMISSION OF IDs. We require ALL GUESTS to email their government issued IDs for stay permit processing purposes. You'll need to present a valid ID at the ground floor lobby upon check-in. Check-in time is 2PM, check-out 11AM. AMENITIES: The swimming pool and gym are located on the 6th floor, open from 9 AM to 8 PM. Proper attire is required when using the pool. STRICTLY BY RESERVATION. Please advise your host ahead of time on your desired schedule for coordination with the bldg. admin. PARKING: Parking space is NOT INCLUDED, but there are several pay parking lots nearby. The average rate is PHP 60 for the first 2 hours and PHP 20 for each succeeding hour. FREE weekly cleaning for bookings of more than 7 days; towels and bed sheets are also changed.
