Sweet Paradise Studio

Sweet Paradise is a beautiful studio room extension of Greenford House, Old Forge Lane, HORNEY COMMON, located, literally on the edge of the amazing and famous Ashdown Forest. For quietness, lovely nature walks and comfort, look no further. There are many pubs, restaurants, music venues and amenities within 30mins inc. Lewes, T. Wells and E. Grinstead. Brighton is 40mins Kitchenette is well equipped for self-catering. The wet-room is adjacent and so Sweet Paradise is wheel-chair friendly. The space Sweet Paradise Studio consists of a fairly spacious bedroom / sitting room with kitchenette. Adjacent to this room is a separate wet room with WC and shower. There is a lake view from a large bay window and view of the garden from the other window. So the room is well lit. However with the beautiful wooden shutters recently fitted, the temperature stays manageable on very hot days. TV (Pin: 1971) is installed and with Sky, you can cheekily keep abreast of sporting occasions or watch a great film on rainy days!! Guest access >Please park by reversing into the second entrance, in front the black Kia (although not always there) >That provides easy access up a winding path to the right of the property where the key safe (code 2015) can be found on the wall next to the white electricity meter box. >Through the wrought iron gate, the door to Sweet Paradise is through the arch , up a decked shallow ramp on the left. >If you have two cars then there is extra parking in the drive or on the rear drive. >PLEASE DO NOT park anywhere near the garage or in that first drive as I have to allow access to the rear of the property for my neighbours. Thank you During your stay I am normally around, usually in the garden, if you need any assistance. Other things to note On rare occasions after heavy rain the ford or splash, as we call it down here in East Sussex, which is normally under the road, may be over the road and very occasionally too deep to pass. In these circumstances access is only from the B2026 and at the far North side of the property.
