Apartment with a superb view, this 35 m2 accommodation with children's room, covered parking, balcony and ski locker, on the 6th floor with elevator gives access to many activities. In summer, hiking, climbing, summer tobogganing, outdoor swimming pool, downhill mountain biking, karting, fishing, horseback riding, canoeing/kayaking/rafting, paragliding... In winter, you are at the foot of 40 km of slopes, restaurant/brasserie within walking distance, ESF by ski or free shuttle. Beginners' carpet at the foot of the residence. On the balcony you will find an electric barbecue, as well as a side table to drink your coffee while enjoying the view. An independent association manages the swimming pool, gym and laundry of the residence (purchase of tokens at the supermarket). I give you the access codes and you can enjoy them when they are open, but I am not the decision maker for the opening of these facilities. That's why they don't appear in the listing. Guest access You can park near the building to unload luggage, then a covered and secure parking lot awaits you in the neighboring building. Instructions and an access map will be sent by email to avoid wasting time searching. Other things to note When it snows too much, the satellite dish no longer picks up the TV, so you have an external hard drive with movies and cartoons. There is no Wi-Fi. We get 4G or 5G depending on the operators.
