Summer/winter resort apartment (covered parking)

Apartment with a superb view, this 35m2 accommodation with children's room, covered parking, balcony and ski locker, on the 6th floor with elevator gives access to many activities. In summer, hiking, climbing, summer luge, discovery pool, downhill mountain biking, go-karting, fishing, horseback riding, canoeing / rafting, paragliding... In winter you are at the foot of 40km of slopes, restaurant / brewery within walking distance, ESF by ski or by free shuttle. Beginner carpet at the foot of the residence. On the balcony you will find an electric barbecue, as well as a side table to drink your coffee while enjoying the view. An independent association manages the swimming pool, gym and laundromat of the residence (purchase of tokens at the supermarket). I give you the access codes and you can enjoy them when they are open, but I am not a decision maker to open these amenities. That's why they don't appear in the ad. Guest access You can park near the building to unload luggage, then a covered and secure parking lot awaits you in the neighboring building. Instructions and a map will be emailed to prevent you from wasting time searching. Other things to note When it snows too much, the parabola no longer picks up the tv, so you have an external hard drive with movies and cartoons. There is no WiFi. We pick up 4G or 5G depending on the carriers.
