It has strong 🛜 WiFi (Wifi 600MB/LAN Plugged 1GB) , smart-TV and in perfect condition for those temporarily relocating, exploring a new community or work remotely! The space We are passionate 🥇 about our stylish attic and delighted to attend our Airbnb Guests. Our property is proudly cared for by our housekeeper and is kept impeccably 🧹 clean. We are recurrently rated 5⭐ in giving a lot of attention, care and a genuine great stay to our Guests 🏅. Also, remember that bed 🛏 linen, 🛁 bath and hammock ⛱ towels are provided along with dishwasher 🫧 tablets, washing powder and basic 🧴 toiletries to ensure an enjoyable stay every time. As a lovely courtesy, we also leave pantry staples in the kitchen such as ground ☕ coffee, coffee capsules (there is a Nespresso), tea bags, cooking oil, a selection of herbs 🌿 and spices 🪻, sugar, flour, condiments, etc. As a major bonus and peace of mind of our Guests, the apartment has a separate 🚰 water filtration faucet to improve the taste of tap water. It will help you to avoid carrying heavy water containers, save your 🪙 money during your stay and the convenience of having unlimited, fresh, clean 💦 water. The apartment is Family-Friendly, we provide for free a high chair 🍼 and a portable crib for babies and toddlers. Please ask beforehand, to make sure the attic is ready when you arrive. We are Kids-Friendly, and have a basket with a selection of construction toys, board games, beach toys and kids 📚 books to keep children entertained and give the parents a chance to relax... There is a ❄ hot-cold wall-installed Air 🍃 Conditioning unit at the living room and a stand fan in each room. ***Notice: The building has an elevator 🛗 to the 4th floor and then there is one floor stairs to the 5th floor where is located.*** Guest access Located at the heart 💓 of Santa Cruz in a quiet community that does not get noisy at all or very busy due to daily traffic. The rest of the permanent neighbors would grant good safety and comfort during your stay. Other things to note There is limited free parking 🅿 in the area at rush hours but plenty when off high-traffic times. I do not recommend to park your car 🚗 carelessly at narrow streets in the city to avoid risking scratches or dents. Notice that this apartment does not have a private parking place.
