Seaside house in Highlands.

Semidetached 2 bedroom house on the Cromarty Firth situated close to local amenities and a short walk to the nearest pub. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with king beds , sofa bed in lounge , 2 toilets/ shower rooms, large bath, free wifi , small private garden, fab views. The space This is a part of our home which has been annexed off to create a completely separate and private flat. There are fabulous views over the firth from the master /family bedroom and a small secluded sheltered private garden for guests sole use. We are keen Airbnb travellers ourselves so understand the importance of additional little touches . So you will find the kitchen stocked with staples , tea coffee sugar spices etc, a welcome dram and also a breakfast basket to kelp you feel at home . The kitchen itself is fully equipped with enough crockery to last you through 3 meals with a dishwasher to take care of it all at the end of the day . Guest access Private garden, off street parking. 50 yards from the nearest bus stop where buses are hourly to and from Inverness during the day. All electricity, heating and newly added superfast broadband wi fi is included. We generally have a good signal for most mobile phones. Guests can access the shore through our garden. We have 3 Kayaks which are available to experienced canoeists if the weather is safe .Please also let us know if you are keen golfers as we have a couple of sets of clubs which are available to guests if we are not burning up the course ourselves !! There are a couple of bikes available also . We will leave the code for the shed lock on the fridge door along with Wifi password . Other things to note Please just ask if there is anything that you require or run out of during your stay . We provide flasks for a picnic , umbrella, binoculars, maps, travel cot , high chair etc, you know the drill ! There is also an additional single bed in the large bedroom and a sofabed in the lounge. This year we have added a shed which houses the bikes, golf gear , lifejackets , mini barbeques ,car wash gear and share the code with guests so that they can help themselves at their own convenience
