Cottage 3 overlooking the stream, more privacy

Cottage 3 is made for relaxation. It is the only one with a private fireplace and a view of the stream. The murmur of the stream will be enjoyed by adults, but especially by children. I recommend it for fans of hardening. There is a pier with a cove near the cottage, where you can harden yourself. In the summer months (or until it freezes) there is an outdoor bathroom with a bathtub and hot water available only for you. The cottage has older equipment, but it has its charm. There is also a hot tub, fireplace, trampoline, sandbox, grill for everyone. The space In the cottage, there is an entrance hall, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a shower and a sink inside. Equipped kitchenette - microwave, stove, oven, kettle, fridge with freezer. Living room with two couches and a tiled stove. Dining table. There are two bedrooms upstairs. A small one with a double bed and a larger one with three single beds. Guest access Everything is available to you in the cottage. Outdoor spaces, private terrace, private fireplace and outdoor bathroom with hot water (from May to October). The classic bathroom with shower is, of course, in the cottage all year round ;) Other spaces such as a playground with football goals, swimming pool, trampoline, slide are shared. Hot tub needs to be ordered. Other things to note It is necessary to write all guests in the guestbook upon arrival or during the stay. The building and the area are non-smoking, only you can smoke places by the ashtrays. Pets are not a problem, they must be mannered not to bother other guests and destroy the equipment. Quiet hours after 22h in the outdoor areas. It is expressly forbidden to make fires, only after agreement with the owners of the property and report burning. The price of the accommodation is not included: - only if your energy and wood consumption will be above-limit (you will not behave eco-friendly), the limits are 100-200 CZK outside the winter and in the winter 300-500,- per day.
