The location of our guest houses is unique. Our hotel is located in a quiet and picturesque area of Batumi, in the very center of the historic boulevard, next to tennis courts, almost on the beach. Located in the heart of the old city, you will be in complete silence, surrounded by subtropical greenery and shady trees. The enclosed area of the hotel has a garden with many gazebos, a barbecue, a cafe, a laundry, and tennis courts. Exit from the territory directly to the seaside boulevard, one minute to the beach. The space The accommodation is a single-story townhouse. There are 16 guest apartments on the premises. Each townhouse has a separate entrance, a spacious terrace overlooking the inner garden and boulevard. Each townhouse has a bedroom, a living room, a separate bathroom (a separate shower and a separate toilet with a bidet and a washbasin), an entrance hall and a terrace. There are also two-bedroom townhouses with a large living room. Each bedroom has two single beds (or one double bed), a wardrobe with a built-in desk and mirror, which is convenient for working on a laptop, two bedside tables and chairs. There is a sofa in the living room. All apartments are equipped with a ventilation system, air conditioning, mini fridge, TV, Wi-Fi. We can also provide you with a hairdryer and iron if needed. The total area of one townhouse is 56 sq.m., of which: Terrace 19 sq.m. Bedroom 16.2 sq.m. Living room 10.3 sq.m. The entrance hall is 5.4 sq.m. Corridor 1.1 sq.m. Shower 1.3 sq.m. Toilet 2.5 sq.m. Wet cleaning is done daily. Bed linen is changed every 3 days. There is a laundry on the property. As you can see from the photos, the interior and furniture are not high-tech, not very new, but everything is functional. The main advantage of our hotel is its location in the historical center of the old boulevard. It is a cozy shady garden, it is silence, it is courts, it is the sea, it is the maximum proximity to all the attractions of the city. Sometimes concerts are held on our premises, the schedule of concerts is published in advance, in this case all our guests have free admission to the concert. Other things to note The price of your accommodation is automatically generated on the website, depending on the number of guests in the booking request: If you are 1 or 2 guests, you will be provided with a one-bedroom apartment with two single beds. If there are 3 people in the booking, you will be provided with a cottage with a bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a sofa. If there are 4 guests, we will provide two cottages (each bedroom has two single beds) or a cottage with two bedrooms (one bedroom has two single beds, the second bedroom has one double bed) If there are 5 of you, we will provide two cottages (4 single beds + sofa).
