Relax with your whole family, friends, and lovers at this peaceful place to stay. There is a lake within a 5-minute walk from the property, and there is a forest right behind the property, which is good for a walk, and you can meet a small farm with sheep, horses, and chickens on the promenade. There are restaurants nearby, and there are loppis shops and coffee shops. The accommodation is located on the edge, so it is quiet and not disturbed by anyone. You can use the karaoke room with a swimming pool, sauna, and Bluetooth microphone. It is located about an hour from Stockholm Central. The space This is a two-story house located in a quiet rural residential area. There is a forest in front of you and a lake within a 5-minute walk. Located at the end of the residential area, you can enjoy swimming (available from June to August) while feeling the peace of nature with the forest without any outside interference, and you can also enjoy barbecue (April-October) comfortably on the outdoor patio. Upstairs: 2 guest bedrooms, kitchen, dining table, bathroom, living room, large living room with office desk and TV, terrace, garden. Downstairs: guest bedroom, guest toilet, shower, sauna, laundry room. Karaoke room and living room. Bedroom 1: Located downstairs 180 queen size bed, small vanity, small built-in closet, sofa. You can enjoy the flower bed and forest views. Bedroom 2: Located on the upper floor 180 queen bed, dressing table, built-in cabinet, tea table and 2 chairs, 2 bedside tables. It is connected to the terrace, so you can enjoy the lake view. Bedroom 3: Located on the upper floor 2 single beds, a vanity, a small built-in wardrobe, a tea table and 2 chairs. You can enjoy the garden and forest views. Outside Swimming pool, garden, patio. You can enjoy the forest view. There are pretty and small tourist attractions such as Mariefred, Gripsholm, and strängnäs domkyrkan within 15-20 minutes by car, and there are antique shops, coffee shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. The swimming pool (available after June 15-August) and sauna are perfect for traveling with family, lovers, and friends. The time of use varies depending on the season. There is a small animal farm on the forest promenade where you can meet horses, goats, sheep, and chickens, and there is a lake within a 5-minute walk where you can enjoy walking, swimming, and exercising. Meals are not provided. Air conditioner is not available. Karaoke with Bluetooth microphone. Other things to note Smoking is only allowed outside. Be careful with barbecue grill and fire when smoking Please do not wear shoes indoors. Be sure to turn off the power after using the sauna. After separating the garbage, please dispose of it in the trash can placed next to the front door. Soap and toothpaste are not provided. Do not dispose of food in the kitchen sewer. Please collect the towels and place them in the laundry room. Swimming pool (available from June 15-August), sauna, and barbecue grill are available (see usage period and time). Do not use makeup, body lotion, or oil when using the pool. Please take a quick shower before using the pool. Please close the cover after using the swimming pool. TV basic programs and NETFLIX are not connected. However, since the TV is a smart TV, you can watch it by mirroring it by connecting it to your phone. Meals are not provided. Air conditioner is unavailable Bedding is provided. Two towels are provided per person. 2 people are allowed in one room. Only the number of people booked can use the accommodation.
