You will appreciate the proximity to the beaches of Lake Orient Forest (15 min), the Champagne Route (30 min), the Pays d'Othe (30 min), the Chaource Forest (25 min), the Nigloland amusement park (40 min), the tree climbing park (2 min) and the Mc Arthur Glen, Marques Avenue and Green Center outlet stores. Accessible by a staircase, private courtyard with free parking for 3 cars. The space The accommodation consists of a large living space with dining area, kitchen and living room with views of the terrace and forest. The bedrooms have large beds (160 x 200). Bedroom 1 is spacious with a baby cot and games available. Bedroom 2 is smaller but the bed is flexible, either a double bed or 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 is a master suite with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, a bathroom and adjoining toilet. There is a 2nd independent bathroom and a 2nd independent toilet. Guest access Parking in our yard.
