This is a new house with a stylish design and modern equipment. The house is sunny and warm. It is 7 km from the airport and 7 km from the city center, which is convenient for your travel. The country park is a 3-minute walk from the house. In a guest-only area, there are two warm and comfortable bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds for families with children, a hall and a modern bathroom with underfloor heating, bathtub, separate shower area. The guest area is quiet and private, with a large terrace that can be adjusted to the sun for guests to relax. Of course, there is fiber optic Wi-Fi with free Netflix movies, but no TV. The space Grace's Home is a place where you can relax without being disturbed, with a delicate little garden and a large terrace that can adjust the sunlight, a cup of coffee and a book, or half lying on a comfortable sofa, or a three-minute walk to the countryside park for a walk, watching the swans, wild ducks, geese and other beautiful wildlife in the lake.
