The space Although Austinhome#3 is a small room (no window) located at 2nd floor with elevator access, it definitely surprises any guests by its elegant design. All the furniture is tailored and well-arranged to fit in the space perfectly, which purposely brings the cozy and luxurious feeling for anyone staying here. If you are looking for a short-stay private room, this 12m2 room might be your ideal place. It is fully equipped and appointed with everything you need during your stay. There are a queen-size bed (1,6m x 2m), 42-inch Android TV (with Netflix account) and air-conditioning. Furthermore, all guests can use & share the kitchen on Ground floor and (free) laundry room on 1st floor including washing machine & clothes dryer. Guest access Shared Kitchen on the ground floor. There's a water purifier which is for drinking & cooking. Tea, coffee and cereal powder are free for guests. Shared Laundry room on level 1 (Free for all Guests). You can use standing steam iron, washing machine & clothes dryer "For Guest" (on your right side). Usage Hours: 08AM - 09PM. Free motorbike parking (on the ground floor) is available for 5 slots only. During your stay If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us anytime! We are happy to provide guests travel tips, tourist attractions, recommendation of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, clubs etc. *Note: We aren't living in the house, but we often visit during daytime and our housekeepers will be there everyday for cleaning. You need to walk about 50m from drop-off point. This room is one of 8 rooms at AustinHome. If it’s not available for your date, do not hesitate to contact us for further support. Please kindly note that #3 is a small room (12m2) with no window. If you are very sensitive to noise or looking for extremely quiet room, our place may not suitable for you. There's no daily room cleaning service. We only provide once before you check-in. You can change new towels and bedsheet by yourself in the laundry rooom. If you require cleaning service, the supplement is 100,000vnd/time. *NOTE: We offer free cleaning service once per week for long stay bookings (more than 7 days).
