Within a short distance is the The Village Inn Pub, local convenience store and Post Office and some of the best family friendly beaches in the whole of South Devon, Thurlestone Sands, Leas Foot and Mouthwell Sands. Salcombe and Bigbury-on-Sea are also a short car ride away. The space From the rear aspect of the property, there are sea views of Burgh Island as well as the rolling countryside where there are many great areas to walk including the Coastal path. The property has a open plan kitchen, living and dining room with dishwasher and washing machine so ideal for a self catering holiday. Island View is also accepting two well behaved dogs so they don't have to be excluded from the family holiday. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay. You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property.
