Cozy fishing lodge with beachfront location

The charming former fisherman's residence is within walking distance to Nybrostrand's lovely beaches. The popular Ystad Golf Club is also located by the house. The house is Spartan but cozily decorated with the old concrete floor covered with rugs, plastered white-painted walls and beams in the ceiling. The lower floor consists of a kitchen, living room with access to the courtyard with patio, and bathroom with washing machine. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, as well as a desk. There is also a small guest house with an additional double bed.
