Guests will have access to the entire apartment, the common Swimming pool, and a dedicated parking space. This is a self serviced Apartment, we do not have dedicated caretaker, however housekeeping is provided once daily There will be a refundable security deposit of Rs. 5,000 at the time of check-in, in order to ensure no damage to the property. There is dedicated covered parking next to lift. Please note that painting work is currently in progress throughout the complex. You may notice scaffolding, workers, and minor inconveniences such as noise or restricted access in certain areas. For the utmost security and privacy, outside visitors are not permitted. The listed price includes accommodation for 4 adults; any additional guests will incur charges. Extra guests can luxuriate in the comfort of the extra mattress, with a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Stay connected with WiFi access, and ensure a smooth check-in with government-issued IDs and a refundable security deposit of 5K is collected at check in. It is also important to note that the complex is located in an open-field area surrounded by natural vegetation. As a result, occasional sightings of small reptiles or insects can occur despite regular maintenance and cleaning.
