Oh na-na-na (oh na, yeah) The space Stay with up to six people in our bright and classy colonial style apartment "La Azotea del Vedado" in Havana's trendy Vedado district less than 500 meters from the sea. Three bedrooms, two bath rooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and front terrace + a gorgeous roof terrace with an (all inclusive ;-) view overlooking the world famous boardwalk Malecon and the ocean. The spacious, approx. 125 sqm apartment is located in the central district of Vedado, on the upper floor of a one-story villa with a total of four apartments. The house is located in a quiet one-way street, directly opposite a park and less than 500 meters from the sea. Although you are in the middle of Havana, all you usually hear in the morning is the chirping of birds from the park. The front terrace leads to the park, the roof terrace connected to the apartment by a spiral staircase has been extended towards the sea and the Malecon waterfront. It offers a breathtaking view over the rooftops of Havana to the ocean. The apartment was built in 1939 and completely restored by us from 2019 to 2021 (things take time in Cuba). Everything that can still be preserved, such as the beautiful mosaic stone floor, has been left in its original condition. The windows and doors that needed to be replaced were made to match the originals, if possible. The two bathrooms have been completely renewed. So also all water and power lines. The three bedrooms each have a 2.00 x 1.40 metre double bed. All bedrooms have modern Panasonic air conditioning. The two bathrooms have showers, toilet and sink. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator and washing machine. There is hot water at all connections. The rooms are furnished in a mixture of modern and antique furniture. The impressive photos come from the German photographer and Cuba aficionado Sven Creutzmann. Breakfast and laundry service are available on request. Additional cost for breakfast is €/$ 10 per guest and day. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. Other things to note Smoking is only allowed on the terraces, not inside the rooms. Parties are not allowed.
