SECOND FLOOR: -Master bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom and a walking closet, smart T.V., big terrace-balcony with a ocean view, A/C. -Second bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom and a walking closet. -Third bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom and closet, A/C. The house is perfectly ventilated, all the house has ceiling fans so the A.C. is not that necessary but you can use it when you need it. WI-FI all over the house!! Downtown is walking distance, restaurants, shops, bakery, grosery stores, pharmacy, etc... all you need is close to you. Easy public transportation to Port of Progreso and other beaches, culture-filled City of Mérida is 25 minutes away. Guest access THE ENTIRE HOUSE IS FOR YOU (except a small service room at the back).
