Farm with a large barn for celebrating for up to 100 guests in a secluded location for your individual celebrations, social gatherings, seminars, etc. We are a DIY location with self-catering. Basic equipment for celebrating is included with us, e.g. tables, chairs, dishes, refrigerators, 2x Bluetooth jukeboxes, basic lighting in the barn and garden (fairy lights), etc. You take care of the appropriate caterer, drinks, decoration, etc. You have the free choice and thus full cost control The space The renovated main house offers you a total of 9 bedrooms with up to 24 beds and 4 bathrooms, as well as a large open kitchen with an attached living/dining area and conservatory. A second living area is located in the attic. The outbuilding has 4 bedrooms and 12 beds as well as 1 bathroom. Extra beds are possible. On the ground floor there is the (wedding) suite with private bathroom and 4 beds. The outbuilding is offered exclusively for use in the peak season between April and the end of October. Additional tents or a few campers are possible by arrangement. The site is large enough for your individual celebrations, so that even external service providers (catering, food trucks, etc.) can find space and are possible without extra charge or "penalty". Attention: Airbnb only allows 16 beds. The price is for 16 people per night in the low season. In the 2027 wedding season, there is a minimum price for the farm incl. party barn and overnight stays for two nights and up to 44 people of 7610.00 euros gross. Other people attending the celebration cost 32.10 euros gross once extra. This includes utilities and inventory (tables, chairs, dishes, jukeboxes, fairy lights, refrigerators, etc.) Linens and towels are not included in the price, but can be rented separately. We work with a rental laundry service. You can also bring everything yourself. Sleeping bags are not accepted. Guest access With us, you always rent exclusively for your own use. There is no subletting. Final cleaning by us requires pre-cleaning by you!!! This applies to the houses and the barn!!! Other things to note A viewing is mandatory before booking.
