Comfortable newly renovated 1-Bedroom studio on the last floor with balcony and elevator. Panoramic view overlooking the roofs of Paris and sunrise view right from the very comfy bed! Balcony with table and chairs, perfect for lunch. The Art Deco building is in a cute cobbled street and was an hotel in the '30s. Very calm neighborhood with grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants close by. You're 1 block away from "La Campagne à Paris", the most picturesque and secret neighborhood in East Paris. The space Lovely studio nestled in "La Campagne à Paris" neighborhood, on the sixth and last floor (with elevator), it has an exceptional sunshine throughout the morning and is very bright all day. No vis-à-vis and amazing panoramic view over Paris. It is very calm with very few cars passing in the tiny cobbled street. This studio has been newly renovated using only quality materials. Everything has been done to help you feel comfortable and at home. I'm an artist. So most of the artwork inside is from my production :) • The bed is approximately 3 feet above the ground (you can use the chair to hop on it if needed). Very high end comfortable mattress (140x190cm). Under the bed you'll find 3 dressers with 3 drawers in each one. There is also a large volume hidden under the bed to store your luggages. If you need to access it, you can just reach out to me and I'll explain you how to access (you just have to slide the mattress and open a hatch on the head side of the bed). • The kitchen, despite its compactness, is very functional and well equipped. To improve the comfort while cooking, touch sensitive LED light is placed above the countertop. The stove is electric, with 2 burners. There is a microwave and a fridge with freezer section. Cooking-ware include bowls, plates, small plates, water glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, coffee cups, pots, Nespresso machine, French press, toaster, electric kettle, corkscrew, pitcher, etc. • The bathroom has a shower, a sink and the toilets. - One table with 2 chairs inside. One foldable table with 2 foldable chairs outside. - One WiFi radio which allows to connect to any radio in the world via WiFi. Or you can just connect to it with Bluetooth or Auxiliary cable. - We included a US to European socket adaptors, USB-C and USB-A plugs to connect your phone. - Blazing fast Internet Fiber (5 Gbit/s). The neighborhood offers a peaceful escape just steps from the world-famous Père Lachaise Cemetery, where legends like Jim Morrison and Edith Piaf rest. Nearby, the enchanting "La Campagne à Paris" neighborhood provides a unique surprise: a cluster of picturesque, ivy-covered houses and cobblestone streets that feel like a countryside village in the heart of the city. This authentic area brims with local cafés, artisan bakeries, and hidden gems, perfect for soaking up Parisian life away from the tourist crowds. Otherwise, until 50€ can be kept from your security deposit to pay for the extra cleaning. • We provide clean linen and 1 towel/guest (if you really need more than 1, let us know.
