A beautiful two bedroom apartment on the third floor of a three storied charming old brick building, within walking distance from two metro stations, Beaudry and Berri-UQAM. There are two closed bedrooms with big windows, offering plenty of natural lights. The main room features a comfortable queen sized contemporary bed and the second room with a full bed. There are ton of restaurants, cafes, bars, bakeries, pastry shops, and barbers just within a block or two from the apt. The space The bedrooms are located on the opposite end of the apartment, offering full privacy to the occupants. The front room is a bit larger and has a door that opens up to the balcony. The living room sits in the middle of the apartment and the kitchen at the back end of the unit. The sofa in the living room can be turned into a bed and there’s an extra space in the corner that can be used for doing yoga, meditation, or for some light exercises. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new pots and pans, cups, plates, and other utensils. There is also a small storage on the back balcony and you can use it to store your non frequently used belongings. The back balcony area is perfect for barbecuing and sharing a drink with your friends in the summertime. Guest access When you first get to the building, you’ll have to climb a staircase to reach the first level. Once you’re on the first level, you’ll find three doors, open the one in the middle, it’s not locked. You’ll then need to climb a few more stairs up to the top. You’ll find two doors and your apartment is the one on the right. Use your digital code to open the door . Other things to note The apartment has only two outdoor security cameras. The first one under the first floor balcony and the second one on the street level. Both of them are completely visible.
