The space Just minutes from Hatcher Pass, the touch of sunshine in this home welcomes you during your local getaway, vacation or business trip to beautiful Palmer! We designed this cute 12'x16' house for optimal comfort and efficiency! The interior woodwork and maple cabinetry is all handcrafted by the owner. You will have a microwave, refrigerator and freezer, toaster oven, electric double hot plate, as well as dishes and cookware. There is a table with two chairs. To optimize the space, we chose to design this tiny house with a European-style wet bath--the toilet is within the shower enclosure. Maybe not a setup you've experienced, but we think you'll find the clever design also enjoyable to use! There is a comfortable queen sized bed on a platform built with extra storage underneath. A stool is nearby the bed. There is a smart TV with Netflix available. On the back of the house is a shed for a safe, dry place to keep your bike or skis. Secure with your own lock! Other things to note This home is on a circle driveway with five other tiny houses.
