Cosy Cottage 100m From Challaborough Beach

Our newly refurbished 170 year old Cottage enjoys views over Burgh Island and Challaborough beach. The South West Coast Path 100m away, runs East towards Bigbury on Sea and West, towards the River Erme. The area is steeped in history and offers something for everyone. There is surfing, fishing, walking, windsurfing, diving, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. However there is no need to leave the property with its garden overlooking the beach and cosy fire indoors. The space The cottage benefits from a small garden and patio. The garden is fenced and reasonably child and dog safe. There is some on road parking in the lane opposite the garden as well at the end of the road by the shop. Guest access The house and it’s garden. There is a shed at the rear with a washer-dryer and a WC Other things to note Dogs are welcome but please book them in and pay on Airbandb.
