A perfectly equipped kitchen, a terrace with a large table and a barbecue area to enjoy good family grills, clean and comfortable bedding will reconcile you with sleep . This apartment is only for families with a family booklet. The space The major advantage of this apartment is the large bay windows that give you a breathtaking view of the city and the sea , the living room and open onto the kitchen and the dining room, this space is friendly and very appreciated by families , the spacious rooms with fitted wardrobes, a shelf side and a wardrobe side. The bathroom with built-in toilet, washbasin and shower italian style. A large terrace not overlooked , a magnificent view of the sea and the mountains at the same time , a barbecue for good grills! Guest access The neighborhood is very quiet and secure. My hosts can safely park their vehicles next to the residence, illuminated space and you can see your vehicle from home . A private space to park the car is also provided.( for now this access is not very practicing because of nearby work) Other things to note It is very important to know: 1- that this apartment is only for families with presentation of the family book 2- Parties, parties and others are not tolerated 3- the number is 6 including children no exceedance will be tolerated . 4- the sum of 2000 Da to be left at the end of the stay for the cleaning costs. 5- guests will have to bring their own towels and toilet kit any time I provide them with two small towels 6- Respect for my neighborhood is very important to me!
