Please remember that Costa Rica has a tropical climate and is a perfect environment for mosquitoes, bugs and ants. It's part of being in this country. If you find sugar ants, please don't think that the place is not clean, it is very difficult to live in a free environment. If only a few insects appear, we will not make refunds due to the presence of errors. Since the accommodation is shared with other guests, please note that you will be sharing common areas. Also, while we've written in many places to keep quiet, you might hear people talking. Remember that people are usually on vacation when they rent the accommodation.
