The house with 1,700 m² garden has three buildings: the main house, a studio and the garage. Around the main house (about 160 square meters) are spacious terraces. The house is always sunny at any time of the day due to the elevated location and south-facing orientation. The studio is not rented. During the stay, however, our guests are alone on the entire property. There is a covered porch with an open fireplace. The space Our house is something for lovers of listed architecture. Many materials and components are still in their original condition. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with an open living/dining area, as well as a large hall and a guest toilet. On the 2nd floor there are two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The north bathroom has a large shower, toilet and washing machine with dryer. The south bathroom is equipped with a small shower and a large bathtub. Another smaller bedroom is located in the partially converted attic. In the basement there is a spacious sauna with shower and small lounger. Guest access Guests have use of the entire main house, except for an office on the first floor and a small room on the 2nd floor. The entire garden is for your own use. The property has several parking spaces. Other things to note There is a cat that lives in the garden. It doesn't have to be let into the house if someone has allergies. It would be nice if the guests could take over the feeding, as well as watering the plants (only in midsummer). However, both can be taken over by a neighbor.
