Pets must be leashed at all times and may not be left unattended. In every entry on the common areas the pet should always be in diaper. Pets are not permitted at swimming pool, gym and other areas indicated on the house rules. Undisciplined pet owner may be penalized amounting Php 5,000 – 10,000 on any violation of the foregoing rules.
