The apartment is ideally situated on the base slope of the mountain and offers a spectacular view on the west coast and his lagoon. Composed of two rooms the apartment is perfect for a family holiday. Beaches,supermarket,pharmacy,commercial center and bus transport are situated at 5 minutes driving.The rooms are air conditioned and there is an acess to a common pool. The space The apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms , 1 bathroom / toilet ( 1st floor) and the living, kitchen and one more toilet on the roof.There are two balconies , one annexed to one bedroom and the other at the entry of the apartment. Other things to note Following numerous customer comments and in order to maintain the safety of our tenants, work is planned from November 18 to December 8, 2024 to make the entrance to the duplex more accessible and safe for our tenants. We had to urgently call in the contractor because with the hurricane season approaching we wanted to be sure that our tenants were safe. Cars will therefore have to be parked on the road and a passage will be put in place so that tenants can access their accommodation. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and we thank you in advance for your understanding.
