Chalet an Apartment (4) in a wooden chalet

A 5/7 minute drive from the first hiking trails or the Crans-Montana ski lifts, the chalet is located in the small village of BLUCHE, Municipality of Crans-Montana, with views of the Val d'Anniviers, The Rhone Valley and Naxe: the entire north side of the Alps since the chalet is located on the south side. Advantageous clarification: our guests will not pay the TOURIST TAX which amounts to 5 CHF/night, we take it at our expense. The space This single-story apartment is one of three apartments rented via Airbnb. It is located on the ground floor, left side, in an old chalet made entirely of wood. The fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, dishwasher...), is completed by multiple household appliances such as a rice cooker, Kenwood cooking chef food processor, electric juicer, raclette machine, cheese and meat fondue, mixer etc.... The living room is equipped with a sofa bed with memory foam mattress (new, purchased in March 2022) and 2 high quality armchairs. The fireplace is functional if needed. The first fire on your arrival is free. After that, you will need to buy a box of wood (Aldi, Coop or Migros) It's a lovely place to rest, have an aperitif or discuss the last ski or hiking trip! The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a large closet, two nightstands. Duvets and linens are available. The single room can optionally be supplemented by another mattress. Two children can sleep in this small room. The bathroom consists of a shower, sink and toilet. 2 outdoor terraces, tables, benches and armchairs and a WEBER barbecue (a bag of charcoal at your disposal) Guest access We provide: the billiard room, SNOOKER and a ping pong table. An electric mountain bike for a small financial contribution (25 CHF/day) and a security deposit of 500 CFH. a badminton set (net, rackets...). hiking maps of Crans-Montana. ... and all our availability so that you can stay here in the best possible conditions. Other things to note All linens are provided (sheets, towels, dish towels...). Household products are also provided. A WEBER barbecue is available for this apartment, to be shared with the rental above. Charcoal is offered to you (one bag). You will settle on the terrace and there, every day, you will see squirrels come to beg for their daily seeds or hazelnuts! Deckchairs in the garden are at your disposal.
