Villa Aroeira is one of the houses in Villas Luz Complexo, a Boutique Condominium located 80 meters from Tatuamunha Beach, on the Rota Ecológica dos Milagres, AL. The house has 2 air-conditioned en-suites with hot showers, accommodating 6 guests, a full kitchen, barbecue area and private pool. And in the complex's shared area, there is a swimming pool for all guests, a gazebo, shower, hammock area, as well as a gourmet area where we serve a delicious and regional breakfast. The space We have all the necessary utensils for a good stay. We offer a complete set of linens for all guests, with a change of bed linens every 5 (five) days. We have a beach chair, cooler and umbrella. Other things to note The condominium is all surrounded and with complete safety for guests and pets. All it takes to enjoy and relax! We have a delightful 10m x 5m swimming pool, lawn with sun loungers and gazebo with sofa and chairs, where you can enjoy all the peace and quiet of our space. We have security cameras in the condominium's common areas. In the house: 1st floor suite: queen bed and a reversible single bed + balcony; Ground floor suite: queen bed and a reversible single bed + balcony; Capacity: 6 guests. We were chosen by some kittens that we welcome, care for, feed, maintain periodic visits from the veterinarian, neuter and vaccinate annually.
