Quiet villa 10p heated pool and jacuzzi

The cottage, located in the park of more than one hectare embellished with century-old trees from where you can see the Pyrenees, offers generous areas (300 m² on two levels) to accommodate families or friends and thus enjoy the calm of the surrounding countryside. The huge living room divided into living room, dining room and kitchen, opens south onto the terrace, and in a few steps you will have your feet in the pool (heated in the off-season, 12x6 m) or the jacuzzi! The space The Gite is an old farmhouse completely renovated respecting tradition by the previous owners. It offers a surface area of 300 m² spread over two levels. On the ground floor, a single room of approximately 150 m² offering equipped kitchen with central island, dining area, and living room with TV and wood stove. The whole is completely open on both sides, including the south side overlooking a large terrace and heated pool. Upstairs, 5 bedrooms, 3 with private bathrooms and double beds, including two "parental" ones with bathtubs in addition, and two children's bedrooms with 4 single beds, sharing a common bathroom. A total of 10 people can therefore stay in the cottage, plus any young children (wooden baby crib available). At your disposal are some books (French, English), board games, children's games, foosball, the heated 12 m x 6 m pool will allow you to enjoy the park and the calm of the Comminges countryside. Unless you want to discover the many local markets where local products will delight you, a few walks in the valleys between colorful fields of sunflowers and small lakes will undoubtedly be very pleasant. 30 minutes from the foot of the Pyrenees, the Pic du Midi de Bigorre will watch over you for some balcony hikes, or more sporty for the most motivated (the ski resorts are only 1 hr 15 min away, Saint Lary for example). Small Gers villages, or urban discoveries (1 hour from Auch and Toulouse), we will gladly advise you on your activities. Guest access Located next to our house, only the secure access (electric gate) is shared, you then have a parking area in front of the cottage and the park surrounding the cottage.
