The space This is a large 2 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. this house offers cable tv, superfast wifi, large shared kitchen(shared among owner and guests), private bathroom with large shower and bath, washer & dryer machine and chill out balcony. Comfortable bed for those looking for a boutique room in chic & stylish home. Luxury bathroom including large shower. Great stylish house, 10 mins from tube, shops, bars restaurants 2-5 min walk. Fast tubes, Central line access. 20 minutes to oxford circus (famous for its vibrant hustle and bustle with great shopping). Option of Jubilee, Circle, District and DLR tubes too. Very quick & convenient access to tourist attractions. We do have another ensuit room where we stay . You can only book for a maximum period of 31 days. In exceptional circumstances we may consider a longer stay just ask. HEATHROW IS 1 HOUR 5 MINUTES IF USING THE TUBE. GATWICK 1 HOUR 16 MINUTES STANSTEAD AIRPORT 1 HOUR 10 MINUTE. CLOSE TO LOTS OF RESTAURANTS, BARS AND BEAUTICIANS, SUPERMARKETS WITHIN 2 MINS WALK. 10 MIN WALK TO THE TUBE STATION. CLOSE TO VICTORIA PARK FOR LOVELY WALKS CINEMA 10 MINS BEDDING AND TOWELS PROVIDED Guest access You can access kitchen, garden(balcony) area or just feel at home. During your stay Me and my partner we stay in another room. We are easily accessible by phone, email or we will physically be present in the house in evening, so just approach us and say hello! Other things to note Considering this is a new house in new development and just finished with high spec interiors. we would appreciate if the guests would store their essentials in the wardrobe provided, and store the suitcases in Store room. This will also make it easier for the cleaner to clean the room and will make guests feel more comfortable. Apart from standard cleaning fee of £40 if staying more than a week, additional £30 cleaning fee will be charged for every week of the stay.
