Single Room close to Train Station, Eden & Beaches

A single bedroom in a modern and professional home. Recently decorated with new carpet, built in wardrobes and a new solid oak door the room has a lovely fresh feel to it. You’ll also find a single bed with a comfortable mattress, a chest of drawers and a touch lamp with USB charging ports and a television with Freeview. As there is a fitted wardrobe, there is no bedside cabinet. However, you can use remote-controlled lights instead of a bedside lamp. The space The modern, all tiled guest bathroom is shared with other guests, it has a basin, toilet and a good shower over the bath. Toilet roll, towels and bathmats are provided and refreshed regularly. Shampoo and conditioner are also included. It may be possible for you to use the washing machine but please confirm this first and bear in mind there is only an outside washing line for drying so you’ll need to time the weather right! It is a modern house positioned at the end of the close and subsequently has a calm and relaxing feel to it, the house is clean, tidy and well-presented and I am very lucky to have lovely neighbours. I live here with my three cats, Josie, Tilly & Teddy who are naturally convinced that they are in charge and subsequently roam freely (please keep your doors closed if you don't want to have guests of your own). There is a well-equipped kitchen that you are free to use to prepare any meals and keep food in the fridge, you may eat, sit and chat in the dining room and help your self to tea and coffee – just be sure to load the dishwasher and try to be finished by 11pm so that I can get my beauty sleep! The back garden is split over two levels, please feel free to make use of the top level where you’ll find a selection of garden furniture available on the lawn. House requests Other than respecting the non-smoking policy please just be mindful of the time and noise levels within the house after 11pm. Please feel free to use the garden and enjoy the sunshine. Guest access There is an abundance of safe and very well lit parking directly outside the house. Safe back garden for keeping bikes overnight if required.
