Chica Bean Family House is place where you can come with family or friends to relax and enjoy great views and a peaceful environment, the property has a coffee shop/restaurant for your convenience, food/drink made when ordered. The space The Chica Bean Villa is situated with a view of 2 volcanoes (Agua & Pacaya) as well as the green valley of Santo Tomas and hillside of Magdalena Milpas Altas. Located just outside of Antigua Guatemala, this is a great location to enjoy activities in Antigua for the day and return for a relaxing space in the afternoon and evening. A forested area just behind the house provides a diverse array of birds for watching and hiking exploration. The house accounts with 5 bedrooms and a total of 7 beds (2 queen, 1 full, 3 twin and 1 pull-out couch) and one pack-n-play comfortably sleeping 11 adults/children and 1 baby/toddler. With open common areas, the space is perfect for families and friends looking to get outside for some quality time together in the fresh air. Guest access Matilandia, the neighborhood where Chica Bean Villa is located is an open community that does not have special entry requirements. There is signage for Chica Bean along the road off of the InterAmerican highway (via Antigua) to guide guests to the property and Jonathan, the gardener, will greet guests upon arrival to open the property and provide instructions. Secure parking for 5 vehicles is available on the premises. Additional parking is available outside the property walls in public spaces.
