The 72 m² apartment is located in the heart of Feldkirch's old town (pedestrian zone) in a listed house with 200 years of history. Since the apartment is on the courtyard side, you hear absolutely nothing from the vibrant life in the old town. Shops, restaurants, cozy bars and a bakery are very close. The space 72 m² of living space on 2 levels and a 40 m² terrace on the 2nd floor offer you the right place to relax or for quiet and relaxed work. Absolute quiet location (even with the window open). In the living room, there is a sofa bed for 2 people. In the open 3rd floor there is a double bed and a sofa bed for 1 person. The modern bathroom has underfloor heating and the fully equipped kitchen lacks nothing. Guest access The apartment is in the heart of Feldkirch's old town directly in the pedestrian zone. As a result, we do not have our own parking spaces. A 2-minute walk from the apartment is a new, bright public underground car park with several electric charging stations. On the Schattenburg (8-minute walk) there is a cheap public parking lot (€4.00/day) Other things to note The apartment is located on the 2nd floor - therefore climbing stairs is required.
