The space The property is situated in a private complex of small villas (there are around 7), in a very quiet neighbourhood, with private access from the street and private parking (with 2 reserved parking spots). The apartment has a unique, unforgettable infinity sea view. There is a private garden where it's possible to enjoy the sun, dine al fresco, or simply play with kids. The Garden has an electric sun cover. The apartment is furnished with high end, unique design pieces, and equipped with Gaggenau appliances. It is perfect for families and friends, but absolutely not for night-life seekers and party-goers. The swimming pool is shared with the other villas in the complex, and has a reserved spot for our property with 3 sunbeds and sun-covers. The swimming pool is not heated and thus open during the Summer months. POOL OPENING / CLOSING DATES: OPENS BETWEEN 1-10 JUNE - CLOSES BETWEEN 1-10 OCTOBER There is high-speed Internet Wi-Fi across the house, and an AppleTV where it's possible to connect with the guest accounts on streaming platforms (Netflix, Disney, etc.). It is also present an Italian Sky Decoder, which will work with any Italian Sky SmartCard. Guest access Entire House Other things to note To arrive to the apartment, take the main road that from Recco leads to Rapallo for 3/4 km then you will find Via Romana. The road access to the complex (Via Romana) is very narrow, it is possible to pass it with any Car / SUV, but will require lots of attention for about 100-150 meters.
