Nice townhouse in beautiful Kolmården

In this house, you can sleep up to 6 people comfortably, however, there is room for an additional 4 people in sofa beds. It is only 10 minutes by car to Kolmården Zoo and Tropikariet. There are lots of swimming lakes in the area and proximity to both Östgötaleden and Sörmlandsleden, restaurants, grocery stores, Pharmacy, ATM, health center and gas stations. Also nearby is a playground and several soccer fields. Free parking and WiFi. Keep in mind that hot water is limited when you live in a house. The space The house has three floors. Entrance floor: consists of kitchen, living room with dining area and small toilet and hall. Basement: consists of a bedroom with 160 cm bed (without windows), a larger living room with large sofa, TV, game table and laundry room with washing machine, dryer, drying rack and dehumidifier. Upper floor: consists of three bedrooms with a total of eight sleeping places. The sizes of the beds: 180 cm, 105 cm, 90 cm and 2 sofa beds 120 cm. It also has a bathroom with a large shower. In addition to the fixed beds, there are air mattresses available and you can make the sofa bed in the basement. There are no stair gates and the stairs are "centrally" in the house and thus easy for smaller children to sneak up/down. Guest access Parking is available directly adjacent to the house (on the driveway). There is also free guest parking next to the street below (about 100 meters). The house is located about 500 meters from Kolmården station where bus and train connections are available. From the station, the bus also goes to Kolmården Zoo and Tropikariet. There is also plenty of free parking for the car. Other things to note The nearest lake (Svinsjön) is not suitable for swimming. Good swimming areas are at the campsite down by Bråviken/Baltic Sea, Böksjön, Lilla Älgsjön, Stavsjö. More info can be found in the guide binder on our dining table upon arrival.
