The space NO TOURIST RENTAL ONLY SEASONAL OR LONG-TERM RENTAL The apartment is on the top floor of a 16 storey property with hallway that leads to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and larger terrace; a south-facing double bedroom and en-suite bathroom and direct views of the Mediterranean Sea, two north-facing bedrooms, one with 2 bunk beds and smaller balcony, and one with a double bed, and both with access to bathroom in the hallway, as well as kitchen and living room, and south & west facing terrace overlooking the Mediterranean, Torreguadiaro beach and Sotogrande. You will be shown around and explained what the area has to offer for young and old. You can leave your car for tennis, restaurants or a supermarket, or walk along the beach with your feet in the water and soft sand and visit Sotogrande - Spanish Venice. By car you can drive 20 km south and visit the vibrant tapas place of La Linea, cross the border into Gibraltar and get close to the monkeys on the rock, or continue another 30 km to Europe's southern tip Tarifa - surfers paradise - and experience the Atlantic ocean meeting the Mediterranean and feeling africa's proximity. You can also drive west 20-60 km and experience the white villages and national parks in the mountains or continue another 50 km to Cadiz - one of the oldest cities in Western Europe on the Atlantic Ocean. You can also drive north and experience the towns of Estepona or Marbella along the coast towards Malaga, or turn up into the mountains and experience the world's most dangerous but now safe hiking trail Caminito Del Rej.
