Heron Cottage. Modern comfort with ocean views

The home boasts open-plan living with exposed beams enhancing a feeling of space. The living area leads to an open patio running the length of the house which makes this the perfect spot to have a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon barbecue while gazing out to the sea. The cottage is eco friendly with 24 solar panels and batteries providing energy efficiency. We are able to connect to Eskom if needed. Rain water is stored in two large water storage units. The space The lounge, dining and kitchen area are open plan, with sliding doors leading to the patio which has a table, chairs and kettle barbeque. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and a dining table which comfortably seats six. Relax in the lounge while streaming your favorite shows on the television or read a good book while relaxing on a comfortable wicker chair. There are two bedrooms - one bedroom on either side of the living area. Both bedrooms are en-suite and have sliding doors leading on to the patio. Bedroom 1: One Queen size bed Bedroom 2: Two single beds which can be converted to a king-size bed (at prior request). There is a standard size travel cot available. Other things to note Most shops close early in our village, the small "Savemor" convenience shop and liquor shop usually close around 2pm on weekends. There is a large SPAR supermarket, TOPS liquor store and pharmacy at Crossways village which is 13 km away, a 20 minute drive. The household water comes from the rain water storage system which is fitted with gauze and charcoal filters. The kitchen tap has been connected to 3 purification nano filters for drinking water.
