It is 15 km from the port of Salamina, 800 meters (2 minutes by car) from the beach and the village tavern, 2 minutes walk from the nearest mini market and the village playground. The space All double beds have anatomical comfort mattresses toppers for a pleasant sleep and pillows from KENTIA brand. Bed linen and towels are hotel type. Cleaning supplies, free wi-fi are provided and it can comfortably cover every need of 2 to 9 people. The ground floor has a large bright living room with fireplace, air conditioner, sofa bed for 2 people, bathroom with shower and three balcony doors leading to the 2-level spacious terrace of 75 sqm. Comfortable kitchen with refrigerator, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle and the necessary cooking utensils. The first floor includes three bedrooms with three double beds and one single, a comfortable bathroom with bathtub and a wc. Αll rooms have air conditioning. We also have a baby bed, baby changing table and bed rail for small children. Guest access The easiest access to get to Kanakia is from the Perama port (Piraeus) to the Paloukia port (Salamina) with Ferry Boat. The ferry route is frequent. The day every 15 mins there is a ferry from Perama port (duration 15 mins) to Paloukia port and vice versa. The ferry line does not stop at night, only the frequency changes (every 30 mins). Tickets can be take directly from ticket offices at Perama port. Arriving in Paloukia port, access to Kanakia is by car or by taxi.
