La Maisonnette – ESTISSAC The space On the ground floor you will have a living room with seating area (sofa bed, flat-screen TV), kitchen open to a dining area, independent toilet. Upstairs: a double bedroom (140x190 bed), Twin bedroom composed of 2 90x190 beds, one of which is located on an attic mezzanine (ideal for a child), a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). Outside, in the owners' garden, you will enjoy a quiet area by the pool with sunbeds, a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Rabbits, and chickens in the wild will delight children. A street parking spot will be offered. Beds made on arrival, towels and bed linen provided, cleaning included. Utilities included. Anne-Laure and Nicolas welcome you to this charming little house, which has been fully restored. It is a small outbuilding in an old typical Champagne farmhouse that is 20 minutes from Troyes, 40 minutes from Sens and 1h30 from Paris. You will be seduced by a neat decoration and noble materials (original tiles, beams...) in natural hues, which mix the old and the modern. You can also enjoy the landscaped garden where the imposing walnut, the various flower beds and the weeping willow near the creek, will help you find rest. A pool lined with terraces to share with the owners will be offered (from the end of May to the beginning of September, schedule conditions to do with the owners).
